Superenalotto — Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the superenalotto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from participating in online betting activities. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. superenalotto reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user who does not meet these criteria.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and superenalotto as the platform operator. The most current version of these terms is in effect at all times, and you are advised to review them periodically.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on superenalotto. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account closure and freezing of any available balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. superenalotto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
- Users must promptly update their personal information should any changes occur.
- Identity verification may be requested at any time for security or compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities When Using the Platform
Users agree to use the superenalotto platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and relevant international regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purposes of money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Posting content that is threatening, defamatory, or that violates another individual's right to privacy.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it for any reason.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities, entirely at superenalotto's discretion.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the superenalotto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and held in their own name. superenalotto will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is successfully verified. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method — DuitNow and online banking typically take anywhere from a few minutes to one business hour. Any delays caused by third-party financial institutions are beyond superenalotto's control.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Users must have completed the full identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.
- Superenalotto reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
- Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements will be voided.
All deposits and bets are final once confirmed. superenalotto is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's own betting decisions.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Superenalotto's Limitation of Liability
Superenalotto provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, superenalotto is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical failures, or force majeure events are outside superenalotto's liability. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of any planned maintenance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the superenalotto platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of superenalotto or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure
Superenalotto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, provided there are no outstanding claims.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The superenalotto platform may contain links or references to third-party services. superenalotto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. superenalotto reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform or their registered email, and continued use following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
